About the Role We are seeking an experienced BMC Helix Administrator for a remote contract position. This role requires strong hands-on experience in BMC Helix administration and ITSM processes. Key Responsibilities • Administer BMC Helix platform • Configure and troubleshoot ITSM processes • Support enterprise ITSM applications • Resolve platform-related issues • Manage incident, problem, change, and service request processes Requirements • 5+ years overall ITSM/Enterprise Application experience • 3+ years in BMC Helix or comparable platform • Strong hands-on experience in BMC Helix administration • Good understanding of ITSM processes and IT service management practices • Experience with platform configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting Preferred Certifications • BMC Helix Administration Certification • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
