About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior BMC Helix Administrator / Platform Engineer to manage, support, and optimize enterprise ITSM platforms. Key Responsibilities • Manage, support, and optimize enterprise ITSM platforms • Administer BMC Helix ITSM, Remedy, and AR System • Handle Incident, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Smart IT & Digital Workplace • Implement RSSO/SSO, user access, roles, and security administration • Work with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations • Perform SQL reporting, system monitoring, and performance optimization • Provide production support, upgrades, patching, and release management • Follow ITIL processes and enterprise ITSM best practices Requirements • 5+ years in BMC Helix / Remedy / AR System administration • Experience with BMC Helix ITSM, Remedy, and AR System administration • Knowledge of Incident, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Smart IT & Digital Workplace • Understanding of RSSO/SSO, user access, roles, and security administration • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations • Skills in SQL reporting, system monitoring, and performance optimization • Experience with production support, upgrades, patching, and release management • Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise ITSM best practices
