About the Role We are looking for an experienced BMC Remedy Developer to join a team working on enterprise-level product development, workflow enhancements, and technical problem-solving. Key Responsibilities • Own product enhancements and bug fixes — from design to deployment • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional teams • Investigate and resolve product defects and customer issues • Troubleshoot complex, multi-layered applications • Drive proactive problem-solving and continuous product improvement Requirements • 4+ years of hands-on BMC Remedy Development • Strong hands-on experience in BMC Remedy Workflow and Application Development • Solid understanding of BMC Remedy ITSM Suite — functional and design aspects • Experience in enterprise software product development • Knowledge of SOAP, REST APIs, Web Services, JavaScript and JSON • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and experience working with globally distributed teams • Experience with BMC Helix, DWP and HSSO is a plus
