About the Role We are looking for an Associate Brand Planning Director to join our team in Greenville, SC. This role focuses on developing great strategy that inspires creative work and helps get that work sold. Key Responsibilities • Write creative briefs that excite creative teams • Collaborate with creative teams to fight for the work • Work across regional and national brands • Help pitch and win new business Requirements • 5+ years of experience in brand strategy or planning • Experience at an agency or strategic consultancy preferred • Curious, collaborative, and confident without ego • Ability to read a room and work effectively with creatives • Experience working with Hispanic audiences is a plus
