About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst BI to join a major banking group's ALM reporting platform transformation. This role focuses on strategic topics around Cognos, Power BI, and ALM rate indicators. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and evolve existing IBM Cognos reporting • Participate in the migration of the reporting solution to Power BI • Track transformation work and support change management • Write business requirements and support development teams • Test and validate reporting • Serve as interface between business, production, and IT teams Requirements • Expertise in IBM Cognos • Strong knowledge of Power BI • Solid understanding of ALM / Rate Risk: Gap, MNI, EVE, SOT, IRRBB • Proficiency in SQL for analysis and investigations • Experience in Agile environment • Excellent analytical and communication skills Environment: Banking / Market Finance / ALM
