About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on HR technology solutions and end-to-end platform support. Key Responsibilities • Own HR technology solutions end-to-end • Provide platform support, integrations, and configuration • Troubleshoot technical issues and design solutions Requirements • Strong understanding of HR systems and integrations • Enterprise SaaS platform experience • Integration experience with APIs, SFTP/file transfers, authentication methods, and data flow management • Data analysis experience Preferred Qualifications • Oracle HCM experience • Experience building integrations with Oracle systems • Learning Management System (LMS) experience • Power BI, Snowflake, and Python experience
