About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Data & Reporting to support a Mainframe Reports and Extract initiative. This role requires strong expertise in requirements gathering, data analysis, report development, Power BI, and Snowflake. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements • Develop and support reports, data extracts, and reporting solutions • Perform data analysis and root cause analysis to resolve data issues • Support reporting solutions using Power BI and Snowflake • Document data flows, business processes, and technical requirements • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams • Support data publishing to the DIR Open Data Portal and RRC website • Coordinate UAT, user training, and implementation activities Requirements • 8+ years of Business Analysis and report development experience • 8+ years of requirements gathering and stakeholder management • 8+ years of analytical, communication, and presentation skills • 5+ years of UAT, training, and implementation support • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and Snowflake Preferred Skills • 2+ years of Oil & Gas industry experience • Experience with Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) systems • Experience in data publishing, reporting, and data extraction initiatives
