About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support data reporting, mainframe reports, and data extract projects in the Oil and Gas industry. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Create reporting requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design solutions • Perform data analysis, identify data errors, and conduct root cause analysis • Document data flows, business processes, and reporting specifications • Support report development and validation using Snowflake and Power BI • Develop and execute UAT test cases and coordinate testing activities • Support user training, implementation, and post-implementation activities • Assist with publishing data to open data portals and public-facing websites • Ensure data accuracy, reporting quality, and timely project deliverables Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering • 8+ years of experience creating reports and analyzing business requirements • 8+ years of experience working with business stakeholders to develop technical solutions • 5+ years of experience in UAT, testing, training, and implementation • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI • Strong data analysis, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Preferred • Oil & Gas industry experience • Mainframe reporting experience • Data extracts and data publishing experience
