🚨 Hiring: Business Analyst (Healthcare) – Remote, Canada Job Title: Business Analyst Reference ID: RFR BA-780 Client: Shared Health Ministry: Ministry of Health Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba (Remote) Start Date: March 23, 2026 End Date: March 31, 2027 Extension: Possible (April 1, 2027 – June 30, 2027) Total Business Days: 253 We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong healthcare domain experience for a long-term remote contract opportunity. ⭐ Mandatory Requirements Education Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management Certification (Proof required). ⭐ Experience 10+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role documenting current & future state business processes and identifying capability gaps. 10+ years experience as a Senior/Lead Business Analyst in healthcare projects, including facilitating requirements sessions and workshops with clinical stakeholders. 5+ years experience implementing Altera Sunrise Suite in a clinical environment. 5+ years experience implementing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems including mapping requirements to configuration changes. Experience with regional multi-hospital deployments of EHR systems. 3+ years experience planning and deploying technical devices, workstations, printers, and infrastructure involved in EHR implementations in clinical settings. 📌 Note: Candidates must be able to provide project examples demonstrating the above experience.
