About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a global digital technology team and drive enhancements across Order Management and Customer-Facing Digital Experiences. Key Responsibilities • Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder discussions • Develop detailed functional requirements, user stories, tickets, and acceptance criteria • Identify requirement gaps, inconsistencies, dependencies, and downstream impacts • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders • Lead and support UAT planning, test scenarios, test scripts, test data preparation, and execution • Support digital capabilities involving order history, returns, rebates, customer support, and case management • Work with globally distributed teams, including offshore development teams • Leverage AI/GenAI tools to improve BA documentation, requirements analysis, research, and test preparation Requirements • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in technology or enterprise application environments • Strong expertise in requirements gathering and functional analysis • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Excellent user story and acceptance criteria development skills • Strong UAT, test case, and test script development experience • Experience working with developers, Product Owners, and QA teams • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working with globally distributed/offshore teams • Practical experience using AI/Generative AI tools in BA activities
