We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Development Team—someone who can lead Agile processes, translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, and drive product success from concept to delivery. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working across technical and business teams, this role is for you. 📍 Full-time | Onsite 💡 What You’ll Do *Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping sessions *Align product features with business goals, strategy, and OKRs *Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming) *Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams *Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Data teams for product improvements *Perform Product Owner and Scrum Master responsibilities when needed *Support solution design, UI/UX alignment, and system architecture discussions *Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct root cause analysis *Analyze performance metrics and generate insights using SQL Mentor junior analysts and maintain documentation in Confluence/Basecamp ✅ What We’re Looking For *Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager *Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments *Experience with e-commerce platforms (B2B, B2C, C2C) and API-driven systems *Exposure to healthcare/Medicare platforms is a strong advantage *Proficiency in SQL and project tools like Confluence and Basecamp *Experience working with IVR or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a plus *Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors *Ability to translate business needs into clear Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) *Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills *Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field *Agile certifications (ACP, Scrum, etc.) preferred 🌟 Why Join Us?
