The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience across Auto Finance modules and be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams. Key Requirements • 10+ years of overall Business Analysis experience • Strong Auto Finance domain expertise (must have real project experience) • Deep understanding of Auto Finance modules (end-to-end lifecycle) • Strong experience working as an Agile Business Analyst • Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping • Proven experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and JAD sessions • Strong background in creating BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and use cases • Hands-on involvement in UAT support, test case review, and business user training • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Responsibilities • Conduct detailed business analysis to identify and document business requirements, processes, and workflows • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business needs • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and use cases • Work closely with product owners and delivery teams in an Agile environment • Support UAT execution, defect triage, and user training sessions • Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions
