About the Role We are looking for a Technical Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will be able to understand business needs, translate them into clear technical specifications, and analyze the client's core system to identify relevant fields, data elements, and system information required to support business and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities • Understand business requirements, processes, and functional needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements. • Create clear and comprehensive technical specifications, functional specifications, data mappings, and technical documentation. • Identify the appropriate fields/data elements required to support business requirements and downstream applications or reports. • Perform data and system analysis to validate that required information is available and can be extracted from CLIENT S. Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role. • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Experience working with core business systems and understanding system data structures. • Hands-on experience analyzing system fields, data elements, tables, interfaces, or APIs. • Strong understanding of data mapping, data flows, and system integrations. • Experience working with SQL for data investigation and validation. • Ability to read and understand technical documentation, data models, APIs, and system interfaces. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
