About the Role The Business Analyst will work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project management to gather, analyse, document, and validate business and system requirements. This role involves supporting the software development lifecycle (SDLC), participating in Scrum activities, and preparing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) materials. Key Responsibilities • Elicit, analyse, document, and manage business and system requirements. • Document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements. • Ensure requirements documentation aligns with SDLC standards and project objectives. • Participate in Scrum meetings and collaborate with developers, testers, business users, and project stakeholders. • Support application development and system implementation activities. • Perform system testing and manual testing of web applications. • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements. • Identify, document, and track bugs and system defects. • Prepare UAT scripts and support user acceptance testing. • Document meeting discussions, project decisions, action items, and follow-up activities. • Communicate requirements and project updates clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements • Extensive experience in business analysis and systems analysis. • Strong experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. • Experience documenting business processes and supporting application development. • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Hands-on experience with system testing and manual web application testing. • Ability to develop test plans, test scripts, and UAT documentation. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent documentation, analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience or familiarity with .NET applications. • Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
