About the Role We are looking for detail-oriented Business Analysts for a project focused on evaluating chatbot responses. The role involves comparing multiple chatbot outputs, conducting structured assessments, analyzing information, and providing accurate evaluations based on predefined criteria. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and document business requirements • Evaluate and compare chatbot responses using predefined criteria • Conduct structured assessments and provide evidence-based evaluations • Analyze workflows, processes, and data to identify gaps and improvements • Prepare reports, dashboards, process maps, and project documentation • Support testing, implementation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and KPIs Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and documentation skills • Ability to evaluate information objectively and make decisions based on predefined criteria • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage
