About the Role We are looking for talented Business Analysts to join an exciting AI project focused on evaluating and improving chatbot responses. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate, analyze, and compare AI chatbot responses • Perform structured assessments based on predefined evaluation criteria • Analyze business processes, workflows, and data • Gather and document business requirements • Prepare reports, dashboards, and process documentation • Support testing activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Track project progress, KPIs, risks, and dependencies Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills • Hands-on experience with MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau • Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping • Excellent documentation and communication skills • Ability to assess information objectively and accurately • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus
