About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, business requirements, and user acceptance testing. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Develop and validate reports and business processes • Perform data analysis and root cause analysis of data errors • Document data flows and support data publishing • Coordinate UAT, training, and implementation activities • Work with Power BI, Snowflake, and data reporting solutions Requirements • 8+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering • 8+ years of experience in report development and documentation • Strong experience in business process analysis and technical solution design • 5+ years of experience with UAT, training, and implementation support • 2+ years of experience with Snowflake and Power BI • Oil & Gas industry experience
