About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team for an exciting remote opportunity. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support project planning, testing, and implementation. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs • Translate business requirements into functional specifications • Analyze workflows, processes, and data to identify improvement opportunities • Develop reports, dashboards, process maps, and documentation • Support project planning, testing, implementation, and UAT • Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and KPIs • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools • Experience in requirement gathering and process mapping • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams • Excellent documentation and attention to detail • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
