About the Role We are seeking an IT & Data Business Analyst to support technology and data initiatives within a Child Support Services environment. This role will bridge business operations and technical teams, helping translate program requirements into system, data, and process solutions. Key Responsibilities • Support technology and data initiatives within a Child Support Services environment • Bridge business operations and technical teams • Translate program requirements into system, data, and process solutions Requirements • Experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise technology initiatives • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management • Hands-on experience writing and executing SQL queries for data analysis and validation • Experience working with Salesforce as a Business Analyst or supporting Salesforce implementations and enhancements • Experience working within Child Support Services/Child Support Enforcement programs or systems • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements • Experience working collaboratively with business users, developers, QA teams, data teams, and other technical stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
