π Hiring: Business Development Manager (Full-Time + Commission)
A friend of mine is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong expertise in setting up, optimizing, and scaling Upwork and Fiverr profiles β along with a clear strategy to identify and secure global contract-based opportunities.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Set up, optimize, and manage Upwork & Fiverr profiles
β’ Identify and target the most effective platforms for international contract roles (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
β’ Lead outreach, proposal strategy, and deal closure
β’ Focus on quality leads and long-term client relationships
β’ Drive consistent project closures
πΉ Requirements:
β’ Proven experience in Business Development (preferably services-based industry)
β’ Hands-on experience with Upwork and Fiverr
β’ Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
β’ Results-driven mindset
