About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to support the DMV's ongoing dashboarding, data visualization, and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing and managing Power BI dashboards, working with business data owners, and delivering data-driven insights for internal business units and public-facing reporting. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage Power BI dashboards • Work with business data owners • Deliver data-driven insights for internal business units and public-facing reporting • Design and implement complex reporting and dashboard solutions Requirements • 7+ years of Power BI dashboard development, visualization, and reporting experience • Strong experience in data modeling and relationships • Expertise in Power Query and ETL processes • Experience with complex reporting and dashboard design • Workspace administration and governance • Databricks integration experience • User access and security management • M365 automation and integration • ServiceNow ticketing experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred • Previous experience working with government agencies or public-sector organizations
