About the Role We are seeking a Business Intelligence / Tableau Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing Tableau Cloud administration and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics platforms. Key Responsibilities • Plan and accomplish goals with the team • Mentor less experienced staff • Demonstrate creativity and latitude in problem-solving • Administer Tableau Cloud and support Salesforce objects • Manage dashboards and enterprise reporting • Handle user management tasks including setup, deactivation, roles, and permissions • Address issues related to user access, declarative logic, and environment management • Engage with Salesforce and escalate issues as needed • Work on all phases of SDLC and maintain technical documentation • Collaborate with the Salesforce Architect to establish best practices • Provide guidance and training to team members Requirements • 5 or more years of prior experience • Experience with Tableau Cloud administration and support • Knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and design impacts • Experience with dashboards and enterprise reporting platforms • Strong SQL skills and experience with Azure SQL Database • Experience with user management tasks • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Organized, proactive, and self-directed • Self-starter with strong abstract thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits • Opportunity for extension after 12 months
