About the Role We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience in the healthcare domain to join our team. This role involves analyzing business systems and processes within the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and improve healthcare business systems and processes • Manage requirements gathering and user stories • Lead stakeholder management and Agile delivery • Perform healthcare data analysis using SQL and other tools • Contribute to AI/ML and intelligent automation initiatives Requirements • 10+ years of Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis experience • Strong U.S. healthcare domain experience across multiple lines of business • Hands-on experience with Healthcare Claims, Payment Integrity, Payment Processes, and RCM • Strong understanding of the end-to-end claims lifecycle and claims adjudication • Experience with FWA (Fraud, Waste & Abuse), root cause analysis, and process improvement • Proficiency in SQL and healthcare data analysis Preferred Skills • Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI
