About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the DC Client. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and managing business and software requirements, as well as collaborating with various teams to ensure system enhancements and application quality. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and software requirements • Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements-gathering meetings • Develop use cases, workflows, process diagrams, RTMs, SOPs, user guides, and release notes • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, project managers, and government stakeholders • Support Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes, system enhancements, and application quality • Analyze business processes and recommend effective system solutions Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience • Extensive Business Analyst experience, including requirements gathering and documentation • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, business process analysis, and workflow design • Experience supporting web-based case management, user portals, or human services data-capture applications • Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and presentation skills • Experience with MS Office, Visio, and requirements management tools such as Jira or Contour
