About the Role We are looking for a talented C++ & Fullstack Developer to join our team. This role focuses on modernizing legacy systems and building scalable, high-performance applications for a leading live events and entertainment technology company. Key Responsibilities • Modernize and refactor legacy systems within large-scale platforms • Design, develop, and optimize high-throughput backend services • Build fullstack applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React • Develop and optimize C++ backend components and SQL data access layers • Troubleshoot complex issues and improve performance, scalability, and reliability • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment • Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React • 3+ years of backend development experience with strong C++ expertise • Solid experience with SQL and data access layers • Experience building or maintaining large-scale, platform-level systems • Strong understanding of software design principles and data structures • Experience optimizing high-throughput systems and implementing caching solutions such as Redis • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, particularly Claude Code or similar • Upper-intermediate English communication skills • Must currently reside in LATAM, excluding Venezuela and Peru Nice to Have • Experience with AWS or Azure • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
