About the Role We are looking for an experienced CA Gen Engineer to join a large-scale mainframe modernization initiative. Key Responsibilities • Create detailed technical specifications for application migration • Perform legacy system analysis, reverse engineering, and mainframe modernization Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience with CA Gen (Broadcom Gen / COOL: Gen) • 5+ years of COBOL development experience • Strong knowledge of CA Gen models, runtime frameworks, and generated COBOL code • Experience in legacy system analysis, reverse engineering, and mainframe modernization Good to have: • CICS, DB2, VSAM, IMS DB, Java/C#, or AWS experience
