About the Role We are looking for a CAM ServiceNow Integration Lead to join our team. This role focuses on leading integration strategies across security and IT operations platforms, with a focus on compliance and monitoring. Key Responsibilities • Lead CAM Integration Strategy Across Security and IT Operations Platforms • Assess Existing Systems and Develop an Integration Roadmap • Configure Compliance Workflows, Automated Monitoring & Dashboards • Integrate CAM Data with Enterprise BI Tools Such as Power BI • Improve Data Quality, Security, Governance & Reporting Accuracy • Coordinate with Federal Stakeholders and Program Leadership Requirements • 8+ Years of Progressive IT Experience • 5+ Years of Experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM, ITSM, Information Security Platforms, or Automated Compliance Monitoring • ServiceNow CSA or CAD Certification (Required) • Continuous Automated Monitoring (CAM) / Cybersecurity Compliance Experience • CMDB, Hardware Asset Management (HAM) & Software Asset Management (SAM) • ATO Lifecycle, Risk Management Framework (RMF), POA&M & Continuous Monitoring • Compliance Dashboards, KPIs, Metrics & Reporting • Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Similar BI Tools • Data Integrations Using APIs, Scheduled Exports, or Database Connections • Federal Government IT Program Experience • Technical Leadership, Stakeholder Coordination & Executive-Level Communication
