About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead to oversee and manage the delivery of projects within our organization. This role focuses on Delivery Management with a particular emphasis on Quadient (or) GMC Inspire, .Net, and UX Design. Key Responsibilities • Lead the delivery management process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables • Utilize Quadient (or) GMC Inspire to design and implement effective delivery strategies • Oversee the development and integration of .Net applications, ensuring alignment with project goals • Apply UX Design principles to enhance user experience and satisfaction in delivered solutions • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery • Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices Requirements • Proficiency in Quadient (or) GMC Inspire is a deal breaker for this role • Strong knowledge of .Net development frameworks • Experience in UX Design principles and methodologies • Excellent project management skills, with a focus on delivery and execution • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
