About the Role We are looking for an experienced Certified Scrum Master Lead to lead Agile delivery, improve sprint predictability, manage delivery risks, and drive successful outcomes across cross-functional technology teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Drive sprint execution, backlog prioritization, and continuous improvement • Manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and delivery timelines • Track Agile metrics, including velocity, throughput, and sprint predictability • Collaborate with Product Owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders • Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, and Lean best practices Requirements • 10–15+ years of IT/software delivery experience • 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead • Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Project Governance • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) • Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and cross-team coordination skills • Excellent leadership and communication skills Preferred Experience • Data Science / AI & ML • Data Engineering / Advanced Analytics • Agile delivery for data-driven projects
