About the Role We are looking for a Cloud Database Migration Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on migrating databases to AWS cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities • Migrate databases from Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and/or Db2 to AWS • Utilize AWS DMS, SCT, RDS, Aurora, EC2, and S3 for migration processes • Configure AWS VPC, IAM, networking, KMS, and database security • Perform SQL performance tuning and database migration • Develop scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell • Implement Terraform/CloudFormation and CloudWatch for infrastructure management • Apply Generative AI/LLMs for SQL conversion, migration scripting, and debugging Requirements • Strong experience with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and/or Db2 • Hands-on experience with AWS DMS, SCT, RDS, Aurora, EC2, and S3 • Knowledge of AWS VPC, IAM, networking, KMS, and database security • Experience with SQL performance tuning and database migration • Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell • Knowledge of Terraform/CloudFormation and CloudWatch • Experience with Generative AI/LLMs for SQL conversion, migration scripting, and debugging
