About the Role We are looking for experienced Cloud / DevOps Engineers to build, automate, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, and GitHub pipelines. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and manage infrastructure using an Infrastructure as Code (IaC)-first approach • Use Terraform as the core tool for infrastructure provisioning and management • Automate infrastructure changes and deployments through GitHub pipelines, minimizing manual intervention • Apply DevOps best practices, automation, and continuous improvement • Implement security-first practices, including Zero Trust, least-privilege access, identity, and secrets management • Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and DataOps teams to ensure reliable operations • Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation as part of the delivery process • Work collaboratively with team members and enable others to operate and maintain delivered solutions • Take ownership of infrastructure reliability, security, and operational readiness Requirements • 7+ years of experience in Cloud / DevOps engineering • Strong hands-on experience with either Microsoft Azure or Snowflake • Solid experience with Kubernetes • Strong expertise in Terraform, GitHub pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps automation • Understanding of cloud security, Zero Trust, identity, access, and secrets management • Experience working alongside DataOps teams (for Snowflake role) • Excellent communication skills with UK stakeholders • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills • Ability to document technical changes clearly and collaborate across teams
