About the Role We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on designing and maintaining cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Python. Key Responsibilities • Design and maintain cloud-based solutions using GCP • Develop Python backend applications and REST APIs • Build and support event-driven, distributed systems • Manage messaging solutions and cloud data layers • Troubleshoot and maintain reliable cloud engineering solutions Requirements • 3+ Years of hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Engineering • 3+ Years of Python Programming and backend development • 3+ Years of PostgreSQL / SQL • Strong experience developing and supporting REST APIs • Experience with Distributed Systems and Event-Driven Architecture • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Pub/Sub or equivalent messaging services • Experience with cloud-based data layers and data integration • Strong troubleshooting and cloud solution development skills • Ability to work remotely during US East Coast business hours
