About the Role We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with expertise in AWS and AEM as a Cloud Service to join our team. This role involves managing cloud infrastructure, incident management, and platform support. Key Responsibilities • Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and services • Provide platform support and governance • Handle incident management and root cause analysis • Implement monitoring, observability, and automation solutions • Support deployment processes and user access administration Requirements • 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering • 5+ years of AWS experience • Strong experience with AEM as a Cloud Service • Knowledge of AEM architecture, Dispatcher, CDN, and cloud deployments • Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration • Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, and automation • Familiarity with Next.js, React, APIs, and cloud-native architectures
