About the Role We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to build and own infrastructure automation from the ground up. This role involves writing production-grade code to automate the entire cloud stack, from core infrastructure to application delivery. Key Responsibilities • Own and build infrastructure automation from the ground up using clean, production-grade code • Automate the entire cloud stack, spanning core infrastructure through to application delivery • Author Terraform modules from scratch to provision and manage cloud environments • Create custom Ansible roles for configuration management across infrastructure components • Design and build complex CI/CD pipelines for both infrastructure and application delivery • Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters, including Helm chart management and ArgoCD workflows • Implement and maintain networking fundamentals (VPC, DNS, routing, and security groups) across cloud environments • Apply SME-level knowledge of major cloud platforms and Linux systems to deliver reliable cloud solutions Requirements • 6+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering role focused on automation • Deep experience authoring Terraform modules from scratch for cloud environments • Expertise in Ansible, demonstrated by creating custom roles for configuration management • Proficiency in designing and building complex CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application delivery • SME-level knowledge of a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Linux systems • Strong grasp of networking fundamentals (VPC, DNS, routing, and security groups) • Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes, including Helm and ArgoCD • Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, Bash, or equivalent languages
