About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead – Cloud Engineering & Architecture to lead enterprise cloud transformation, cloud migration, architecture, and infrastructure modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise cloud transformation initiatives • Manage cloud migration and infrastructure modernization projects • Develop and implement enterprise cloud architecture and multi-cloud strategy • Oversee VMware-to-Cloud transformation • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible • Lead DevOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering initiatives • Manage Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker implementations • Ensure cloud security, governance, and FinOps best practices • Lead Cloud Architects, Engineers, DevOps, and SRE teams • Provide strong stakeholder management and technical leadership Requirements • Strong expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP • Experience in enterprise cloud architecture and multi-cloud strategy • Knowledge of cloud migration, data center migration, and VMware-to-Cloud transformation • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering • Familiarity with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker • Understanding of cloud security, governance, and FinOps • Experience leading Cloud Architects, Engineers, DevOps, and SRE teams • Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills Preferred Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, TOGAF, PMP, or FinOps Practitioner.
