About the Role We are looking for an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in AWS and Microsoft Azure to join our client's team. Key Responsibilities • Manage and support AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure • Monitor cloud environments and troubleshoot production issues • Perform incident management and root cause analysis • Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform and CloudFormation • Manage cloud networking, security, monitoring, and access controls • Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities • Optimize cloud performance, availability, and operational costs Requirements • Minimum 6+ years of IT infrastructure / Cloud Operations experience • Strong hands-on experience with both AWS and Azure • Excellent troubleshooting and production support skills • Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Plano, TX
