About the Role We are seeking experienced engineering leaders for mission-critical enterprise programs in cloud platform engineering and mainframe testing. Key Responsibilities • Architect, deploy, and manage private cloud platforms on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9) and SDDC Manager • Implement network virtualization with VMware NSX / NSX-T • Automate operations and provisioning using VMware Aria Suite (vRA/vROps) • Work with Infrastructure-as-Code and scripting using Ansible, Terraform, and Python • Support high-availability, highly regulated banking infrastructure • Drive large-scale legacy transformations in mainframe testing • Perform technical validation across COBOL, Assembler, JCL conversion, CICS, and VSAM / DL1 • Define enterprise risk-based testing frameworks and quality gates • Architect automated batch verification and file comparisons Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Test Architecture or Quality Leadership • Deep technical background in mainframe technologies • Experience with z/VSE to z/OS platform migrations • Strong knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation and related technologies • Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Python
