About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior CMDB ServiceNow Integration Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, enterprise architecture, system integrations, database technologies, and platform performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement ServiceNow CMDB architecture, governance, and data modeling
• Manage CI classes, relationships, identification and reconciliation rules, and CSDM standards
• Work with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, TSM, and related modules
• Utilize REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and ETL platforms
• Apply SQL, relational databases, data modeling, and performance tuning skills
• Handle data quality, reconciliation, migration, and integration troubleshooting
Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB and integration architecture
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of the Cicada ETL/Data Integration Platform is a plus
