About the Role We are seeking a senior construction quality and commissioning professional to support the delivery of large-scale mission-critical infrastructure projects. This role focuses on ensuring complex mechanical and electrical systems are installed correctly, tested thoroughly, commissioned successfully, and turned over to operations with minimal deficiencies. Key Responsibilities • Lead commissioning and startup activities for mission-critical projects • Manage QA/QC and inspection processes • Provide expertise in mechanical and electrical systems • Develop system readiness and turnover plans • Manage punch lists and resolve deficiencies • Conduct functional and integrated systems testing Requirements • Background in Construction Quality Management, QA/QC Management, or Commissioning Management • Experience with owner-side mission-critical projects • Industry experience in data centers, power generation, industrial construction, semiconductor, or similar environments • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems • Experience with system turnover and deficiency resolution
