About the Role We are looking for a Connectivity & Security Engineer to join an international technology project at IKONS Ibérica, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable cloud connectivity and platform security. Key Responsibilities • Implement and troubleshoot Azure Private Endpoints, Private Link, VPNs, and hybrid connectivity. • Manage Cloudflare WAF, Zero Trust Access, WARP, Tunnel, CDN, and edge security. • Troubleshoot end-to-end connectivity across Cloudflare, Azure networking, AKS, and private services. • Implement AKS security hardening, including RBAC, workload identity, network policies, and secure cluster operations. • Manage firewall rules, network segmentation, and least-privilege access. • Support vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident resolution, and root cause analysis. • Drive automation, infrastructure security improvements, and policy-as-code practices. Requirements • 5–8 years of experience in cloud connectivity, networking, or platform security engineering. • Strong hands-on experience with Cloudflare WAF, Rate Limiting, Bot Management, CDN, and Cache Rules. • Experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust Access, WARP, Cloudflare Tunnel, and cloudflared. • Advanced knowledge of Azure Networking: VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, DNS, routing, load balancing, and VPNs. • Experience with Private Link, Private Endpoints, and hybrid connectivity. • Hands-on expertise in AKS Security & Hardening, including Kubernetes RBAC, workload identity, network policies, and secure cluster operations. • Experience with vulnerability management, container/image scanning, security monitoring, and remediation. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
