About the Role We are looking for an experienced Content Management Lead Engineer to lead enterprise CMS strategy, architecture, integration, and AI-driven content innovation. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise CMS strategy, architecture, integration, and AI-driven content innovation • Manage CMS Platforms including Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, and Contentful • Implement Headless CMS and API-First Architecture • Work with REST APIs, GraphQL, and Microservices • Utilize Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript • Leverage Azure Cloud, CI/CD, and DevSecOps • Apply Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI-Powered Content Solutions • Ensure Content Governance, Metadata, and Compliance Requirements • 10+ years of experience in content management and CMS platforms • Strong understanding of Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, and Contentful • Experience with Headless CMS, API-First Architecture, REST APIs, GraphQL, and Microservices • Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript • Knowledge of Azure Cloud, CI/CD, and DevSecOps • Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI-Powered Content Solutions • Experience with Content Governance, Metadata, and Compliance Preferred • Wealth Management / Financial Services experience • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud • AI Governance
