Key Responsibilities • Lead large-scale course development programs across print and digital learning • Manage end-to-end content development processes • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful program delivery Requirements • 10+ years of experience in educational publishing, EdTech, or digital learning • Proven experience managing end-to-end course development programs • Strong understanding of instructional design and content production workflows • Experience managing program plans, budgets, timelines, and multiple product releases • Ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams across Editorial, Instructional Design, Production, Product, and Technology • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
