About the Role The Contract Lifecycle Management Product Manager will oversee the implementation of First Tech's new contract lifecycle management platform, working closely with the CLM Product Manager within the Vendor Management Office. Key Responsibilities • Build and own the integrated project plan for CLM implementation, covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resources and go-live date • Run the project rhythm, including working sessions, weekly status meetings, steering committee updates and a clear decision log • Track software vendor and implementation partner deliverables against the statement of work • Track project spend against the approved budget and report variances to VMO leadership • Maintain the project's risks, issues, actions and decisions log • Coordinate contributors across multiple departments including Vendor Management, Legal, Procurement, Third-Party Risk, Information Security, Finance, IT and business units • Manage the contract migration workplan for both legacy organizations Requirements • 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically with CLM implementation • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes • Experience working with legal, procurement, risk management, IT and finance teams • Ability to manage budgets, track deliverables and maintain project documentation • Experience with software vendor management and implementation partnerships
