About the Role We are looking for a Core Java Developer to join our team in a hybrid work arrangement. This role requires strong technical skills and experience with modern development frameworks and architectures. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservice architecture • Implement solutions using React/Angular for frontend development • Work with distributed caching systems like Hazelcast • Utilize Python for required tasks • Design and optimize database solutions using MS SQL or MongoDB Requirements • 8+ years of hands-on experience with React/Angular, Core Java, Spring Boot • Strong experience with microservice architecture • Experience with Hazelcast (Distributed Cache) • Hands-on experience with Python • Experience with AI SDLC, Spec Driven Design, and Agentic orchestration • Experience with MS SQL/RDBMS or NoSQL MongoDB, including complex SQL, Stored Procedures, and performance tuning • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Benefits • Hybrid work model (3 days a week in office) • Opportunity to work on innovative projects in the financial industry
