About the Role We are looking for an early-career Manual QA Tester with 2–5 years of experience, preferably in the Financial Services domain. This role involves testing trading platforms and order management systems. Key Responsibilities • Execute manual test cases and scenarios • Identify, document, track, and report defects • Collaborate with team members and take ownership of testing tasks • Work independently and adapt to changing requirements Requirements • 2–5 years of experience in Manual QA Testing • Mandatory experience in Financial Services / Banking domain • Experience in Trading platforms or Order Management Systems (OMS) • Knowledge of Gherkin syntax and BDD • Ability to write and execute test cases and scenarios • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong learning mindset and adaptability
