About the Role We are looking for an experienced CRD Analyst / Associate for a fully remote contract opportunity. This role requires expertise in Charles River Development (CRD) with a focus on implementation, configuration, and support. Key Responsibilities • Implement, configure, and support Charles River Development (CRD) • Manage CRD workflows including Portfolio Management, Order Management, and Trading • Monitor compliance and handle IBOR requirements • Manage CRD SaaS migration, upgrades, and transformation • Oversee investment operations and front-to-back processes • Handle Equities, Fixed Income, and Basic Derivatives • Manage Data Migration, Reconciliation, and Integrations • Conduct UAT, Testing, and Defect Resolution • Provide strong stakeholder management and communication Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Charles River Development (CRD) • Expertise in CRD implementation, configuration, and support • Strong understanding of CRD workflows and processes • Experience with Compliance Monitoring and IBOR • Knowledge of SaaS migration, upgrades, and transformation • Familiarity with Investment Operations and front-to-back processes • Experience with Equities, Fixed Income, and Basic Derivatives • Proficiency in Data Migration, Reconciliation, and Integrations • Experience with UAT, Testing, and Defect Resolution • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
