About the Role We are looking for a Creator Affiliate Specialist to drive affiliate-attributed revenue across multiple brands. This role focuses on managing creator activity and optimizing affiliate performance. Key Responsibilities • Drive creator affiliate growth and revenue across multiple brands • Manage creator activity on ShopMy & LTK • Recruit, onboard, activate, and reactivate creators • Analyze affiliate performance and recommend optimizations • Partner closely with agency partner Gen3 Requirements • 5+ years of influencer/creator marketing + affiliate exposure • Hands-on ShopMy & LTK experience (must-have) • Proven track record managing revenue-producing creator/affiliate programs • Strong analytics, stakeholder management, and communication skills • Ability to juggle multiple brands and priorities Nice to have • Affiliate budget management • Experience with Impact, Rakuten, or CJ Affiliate • Existing creator relationships in the affiliate space • Fashion retail, apparel, or beauty industry background
