π₯ What Youβll Do
As a Customer Success Manager, youβll own enterprise client relationships end-to-end and act as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert. Youβll collaborate closely with Engineering teams and Business Analysts during sprint planning to ensure client needs translate into product impact.
Build long-term client partnerships driving retention, renewals, and loyalty
Own client satisfaction and maintain a positive NPS
Act as the voice and advocate of the customer internally
Train clients on product features and technical capabilities
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering
Drive product adoption and measurable client success
Understand client business goals, challenges, and industry trends
Lead and resolve critical client escalations with ownership
π‘ What You Bring
Technical background (mandatory)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong empathy and a customer-first mindset
Experience in understanding customer use cases and recommending technical solutions
Ability to learn fast and dive deep into product workflows
Willingness to master product internals, including APIs and integrations
Proactive, honest, and solution-oriented attitude
1-2 years of experience managing enterprise clients (SaaS preferred)
Independent problem-solving ability without heavy reliance on others
