About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team at Cyrafa. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service through live chat.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when needed
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and feedback

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience using customer support tools is a plus
