The Role & Responsibilities:
In this position, you will handle customer queries related to flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and travel assistance specifically using the Sabre (GDS) system.
Key Responsibilities
Manage flight bookings and rescheduling via voice, chat, or email.
Provide accurate fare, availability, and itinerary information.
Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Meet performance metrics and process guidelines.
System Requirements (Mandatory)
To ensure a seamless remote experience, candidates must possess:
OS: Windows 11
Processor: Intel Core i5 (minimum)
RAM: 8 GB (minimum)
Internet: Stable broadband connection (no mobile hotspots).
Environment: A quiet workspace for handling customer interactions.
